Be in the meeting. Keep the record.

MeetriX joins online meetings, captures the conversation and turns it into a record your team can review and share.

Four platforms. More than one way to start.

Connect your calendar

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook to discover meetings and schedule the assistant.

Paste a meeting link

Add a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex meeting directly.

Capture the room

Record in your browser or upload an existing audio file for in-person meetings.

Choose when the assistant joins.

Select meetings manually, include meetings you host, or cover all calendar meetings. Set internal-only or internal-and-external scope, then include or block meetings by title keywords. The assistant appears as a participant; the host may need to admit it.

A conversation becomes something useful.

Transcription connects spoken contributions with available speaker information. Meeting Types shape the summary, discussion points, recommendations and follow-up notes. Review the generated record alongside the recording, select a report format and share it with the right people.

For a room recording or shared microphone, review speaker labels and names. Capture conditions and the meeting platform affect the available identity information.

Frequently asked questions

Does the notetaker require a calendar connection?

No. You can add an online meeting link directly, record in your browser, or upload a recording. Calendar connection adds scheduling and joining rules.

Will the assistant join every meeting automatically?

Your joining mode, scope and title-keyword rules determine which calendar meetings it joins. Hosts may still need to admit the assistant.
