Handle language switches within the same meeting, including business terminology.
Speech with the context attached.
M3 selects the primary meeting language and handles Arabic-English switching within the same system. Available participant channels or speaker-activity information help connect contributions to speakers. Organisation terminology and named-entity matching help keep people, products and business terms consistent. The M3 system brings 11 components together, including three speech-preparation models, across speaker handling, transcription, enterprise context and the final record.
Identity attribution depends on the capture method. Shared devices, room recordings and platform configurations can require speaker review.
Measured on Arabic and English meetings.
In Lisan’s September 2026 evaluation, M3 recorded 1.62% Arabic character error rate and 1.83% English character error rate. Each language used its own recordings, human-verified references and stated scoring rules. These are transcription results, separate from summary quality and overall application performance.
