Find the hour that works everywhere.
Pick up to four cities and see a 24-hour grid of their overlapping working time, with the best slots called out. Riyadh to San Francisco, sorted.
Offsets are summer 2026 approximations; daylight saving is approximated. Double-check before sending the invite.

Scheduling across regions without burning one office
A GCC-Europe pair is easy: the working days overlap for hours. Add the US West Coast and someone's day breaks every single week. The mistake is letting it always be the same someone.
- Rotate the pain. If no slot fits everyone, alternate who takes the early or late call.
- Respect the region's week. GCC weekends differ from Europe's; a Friday standing meeting excludes half the map.
- Record by default. When someone must miss the live call, the meeting should still reach them the same day as minutes and action items, not as a rumor.
That last point is what MeetriX does: connect the calendar with auto-join and the absent office reads the full record an hour later. More on running distributed meetings well in the Academy lesson.
Frequently asked questions
How does the planner define a workable hour?
An hour is highlighted when the local time in every selected city falls inside 9:00 to 18:00. Contiguous highlighted hours are suggested as slots.
Does it handle daylight saving?
Approximately. The offsets are fixed summer 2026 values (London +1, Paris +2, New York -4, San Francisco -7). Verify against a calendar before sending invites near DST transitions.
What if no hour works for everyone?
The planner says so. At that point the honest answer is rotation: alternate who takes the out-of-hours call, and make sure the record reaches whoever missed it.
Why these cities?
They cover the corridors GCC organizations schedule across most: the Gulf, the Levant and Egypt, Europe, both US coasts, India, and East Asia. Tell us at support@lisan.com if yours is missing.
