Find the meeting. Recover the context.

Search and filter your meeting library to return to the records you own and those shared with you.

Start with a title, date or status.

Use Advanced Search, From/To dates and meeting status to narrow the library. Switch between My Meetings and Shared with Me to locate the right record.

Give future you a useful title.

A clear title such as “Project steering committee: rollout decision” is easier to find than “Weekly meeting”. Review titles and meeting topics as part of your normal post-meeting workflow.

Use the record again.

Open the notes and available recording, review the relevant discussion and select an appropriate report. Cross-meeting conversational answers and semantic search are separate advanced requirements to discuss during a pilot.

Make your next meeting count.

Start with your next conversation. Or bring a representative meeting and let us help you plan an enterprise pilot.
